Chris Rogers has been a researcher at the Institute on Community Integration for about 19 years, currently serving as a data abstractor with the Minnesota Autism Developmental Disabilities Network (MN-ADDM). He has worked in special education policy research and analysis, assessment accommodations research, educator preparation and training, and education program evaluation. He is a doctoral candidate at the University of Minnesota. Before undertaking his research work, Chris had over nine years of practical experience as a community mental health professional, including roles such as child and family home-based therapist, service coordinator, generalist practitioner, case manager for adults, crisis response outreach mental health worker, and crisis and referral line counselor.
