Dr. Bershadsky has more than a decade of professional experience in the design of research and analysis of demonstration projects of national significance in support of people with disabilities. Her professional background and training include health services research, public health, and statistics.  Dr. Bershadsky has expertise in supporting organizations to analyze, improve, and monitor the delivery and outcomes of services and supports for people with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities. Prior to joining ICI, she served as the senior director, lead methodologist and analyst for the National Core Indicators–Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD) program, a multi-state, multi-partner collaboration that measures performance of publicly-funded programs for older adults and adults with disabilities across participating states, as well as lead methodologist and analyst for the National Core Indicators (NCI) program.
