Implementing ES-Coach to Support Provider Capacity-Building and Development

Description

Uses smartphone technology to reduce the gap between training and field-based implementation of best and evidence-based practice. ES-Coach is a web and smartphone-based tool that collects daily data on supports and provides feedback to employment consultants, managers, and their teams in real time, helping them to reflect, set goals, and act to improve service delivery and follow evidence-based standards of employment supports. ES-Coach has been used by over 300 employment consultants. It provides direct feedback on what and where supports are being delivered, and who is present.

ES-Coach will be offered to up to 50 providers at no cost to support embedding reflection, goal setting, and action planning. Managers will be coached to use the data portal and embed ES-Coach into their team workflow as a quality improvement tool.
