This Policy Forum from February 14, 2023 discussed the Policy Research Brief titled, Overrepresentation of People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Moving Between Large State-run Institutions and the Criminal Legal System. Slides from the presentation are included.

Discussants included Jon Neidorf and Sheryl Larson from ICI, Liat Ben-Moshe from the University of Illinois Chicago, Nick Dubin from Legal Reform for the Intellectually & Developmentally Disabled, and Pamela Lew from Disability Rights California. Julie Bershadsky from ICI facilitated the discussion.
