Libby is an early career researcher at the Institute on Community Integration (ICI), University of Minnesota. In her role, she manages the CDC-funded Minnesota-Autism and Developmental Disability Monitoring (ADDM) Network project, which identifies the prevalence of autism. She also manages evaluations of policies and programs that promote the inclusion of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the community. She is pursuing a PhD in Evaluation Studies, with the goal of evaluating policies and programs that promote the inclusion of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
