Before the Minnesota Transformation Initiative (MTI) took shape, several provider organizations across the state received support for their transformation efforts through the 2018-20 Minnesota Technical Assistance Project (MN-TAP). Years later, what does transformation look like for these organizations today? In this webinar, we revisit the hands-on experiences of provider organizations and their leadership staff who began shifting their business models and service practices to support competitive integrated employment and community life engagement outcomes before more formal initiatives were established. Staff from several agencies shared their reflections on what the process looked like, including the challenges encountered, lessons they learned, and how those early efforts have shaped the way they operate today.
