Description
A report describing the process that resulted in Phase IIIA of the Road Map of Core Competencies project that produced a set of core competencies for direct service workers. The project was conducted in collaboration with stakeholders who synthesized results of the competency analysis and reached consensus on the set. The workforce stakeholders were a large national sample drawn from different sectors; they participated in this study through a modified Delphi research process. The report includes a list of Core Competencies for the DSW.
