Naveh Eldar comes to The Arc Minnesota with a long history of leading and improving human services. He has worked in various roles such as case management, residential counseling, and supervising day programs. He also introduced a new model of supported employment in Tennessee, where he most recently served as Director of IDD Programs for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee .

“I am passionately interested in human and civil rights. Looking through that lens, we see that having the self-determination to work, love, travel, live independently, and even fail, is everyone’s right. The Arc Minnesota was founded to make this a reality for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and I am honored to lead The Arc Minnesota’s team,” stated Eldar.
