Miriam Hirman (she/her) is the director of the Fiscal Analysis and Results Management division in the Aging and Disability Services Administration at the MN Dept. of Human Services. She works at the intersection of data, policy, and people and is passionate about using data to support thoughtful decision-making, strengthen programs, and keep people at the center of Minnesota’s complex LTSS systems.
