Aisha Elmquist is the Director of the Olmstead Implementation Office for the State of Minnesota. Aisha has an extensive history advocating for the rights of people with disabilities, most recently as Deputy Ombudsman for Long-Term Care. She served as a staff attorney at Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid, worked as an attorney for the law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP, and clerked for U.S. District Court Judge John R. Tunheim. She is experienced with leading large-scale, collaborative efforts. Aisha is a graduate of Carleton College and the University of Michigan Law School and was a Policy Fellow at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
