Caroline Roberts is a postdoctoral associate at the Institute on Community Integration. She completed her PhD in Educational Psychology with a minor in Family Social Science and an Interdisciplinary Doctoral Fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry from the University of Minnesota. Her research focuses on interdisciplinary and family-centered approaches to the study and treatment of self-injurious behavior in individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her research is inspired by her lived experience as the sister of an individual with a diagnosis of Cornelia de Lange syndrome.
