Minnesota Employment, Training, and Technical Assistance Project (MN TAP)

Description

Funded by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, this project aimed to improve employment outcomes for people with disabilities. As part of the project, the Institute for Community Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts Boston, in partnership with the Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota, provided technical assistance to two cohorts of provider agencies, each cohort with six agencies. A total of 12 organizations participated. The technical assistance was designed to help providers expand their capacity to support people with intellectual/ developmental disabilities in obtaining and succeeding in competitive, integrated employment opportunities.
