Learn the Signs Act Early and MN Follow Along Program: Autism and Developmental Delays Webinar Series
Description
This project involved a partnership between the MN Act Early Project and a large statewide family-serving public health and developmental screening program, Minnesota’s Follow Along Program (FAP) . The multi-component project consists of three primary activities, including a systems-wide integration of LTSAE materials and messaging into MN’s Follow Along Program (FAP) ; a professional development webinar series for FAP and early childhood staff across disciplines (healthcare, child care, schools, social services, and public health) focusing on using LTSAE materials , identifying early signs of developmental delays, and integrating CDC’s ADDM (Autism Developmental Disabilities Monitoring) network trends; and an Act Early Webinar Toolkit for ongoing sustainability and replication. A robust evaluation plan measured outcomes and impact.
