MN ACT Early has partnered with Help Me Grow to increase the number of children referred to early intervention, evaluation, and services. Help Me Grow works with culturally and linguistically diverse community connectors who link families to community services. MNLEND Fellows also work with Act Early and Help Me Grow to raise awareness and connect more communities and families to early intervention services.
