This step is one of the five elements of the comprehensive model of employment supports that seeks to increase competitive integrated employment. Employment consultants' aim in this step is to gain a clear vision about the criteria for finding the best job match for that specific person. A sample of employment consultants reported investing an average of 32 minutes per day in getting to know job seekers.
