It provides an inventory and overview of competency sets used across and within long-term service and support sectors. The development and application of competency sets within long-term services and support workforce development efforts is identified in Phase I. Phase II of the Road Map of Core Competencies consists of analysis of direct service worker competencies, including further discussion of application.
