A brochure translating the original English version of the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) brochure Track Your Child's Developmental Milestones into the Somali language. In collaboration with Somali community members, the Minnesota Act Early team and the Minnesota LEND program worked to develop this brochure to be more accessible to the local Somali community. Members of the Somali community translated the brochure and integrated photos of children and families from the community. The brochure will help Somali families track their child's development and provide information on how to act early if they have a concern about their child's development. The CDC's original English version of the brochure can be viewed at http://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/actearly/pdf/parents_pdfs/mo-wic-broch_2_english_508.pdf
