FYI Monthly is a monthly e-communication from the Institute on Community Integration. The October 2018 edition includes five feature stories, a top ICI Facebook post from the past month, six new products, two journal articles authored or co-authored by Institute researchers, two upcoming events, and numerous staff updates.
The first two feature articles are about funding renewals: "RTC-CL Awarded $4.3 Million in New 5-Year Funding Cycle" and "RISP Receives $2 Million to Continue National Trend Analysis Research." Two more articles are about new fellowship/mentorship opportunities at the Institute: "New Diversity Fellowship" and "New Opportunity for Post-Doctoral Researchers at ICI." Finally, "Lazarus Testifies Before U.S. Helsinki Commission," is about ICI's Sheryl Lazarus testifying in Washington, DC on September 24 before the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, also known as the U.S. Helsinki Commission, at a briefing titled, "A Truly Inclusive Society: Encouraging the Ability in Disability."
