Ken Bence leads ARRM’s research and policy arm, breaking down and assessing public policy while developing essential data and research analysis systems to inform ARRM's legislative and public affairs. He brings over 20 years of experience in public health and managed care, as well as healthcare analytics, to this role. Ken provides staff leadership to ARRM's Financial Resources Committee and Alternative Payment Model Workgroup.
