With more than 20 years of experience supporting and advocating alongside people and families with disabilities, Ellie Wilson brings a career-long commitment to advancing meaningful disability inclusion, strengthening systems, and ensuring people with disabilities are recognized, respected, and empowered across the lifespan. She now serves in Outreach and Mission Growth at Accra Homecare, Minnesota’s largest home and community-based service provider for people with disabilities, where she focuses on building partnerships, expanding mission-driven impact, and advancing person-centered services. Throughout her career, Ellie has been a passionate educator and trainer, skilled interdisciplinary collaborator, and strategic leader who brings diverse stakeholders together to drive systems reform and create more inclusive communities.
