Minnesota Employment, Training, and Technical Assistance Project (MN TAP)
Description
This is a project funded by the Minnesota Department of Human Services designed to improve employment outcomes for people with disabilities. As part of the project, the Institute for Community Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts Boston, in partnership with the Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota, provide technical assistance to two cohorts of provider agencies, each cohort with six agencies. A total of 12 organizations participate. The goal of the technical assistance is to help providers expand their capacity to support people with intellectual/ developmental disabilities in obtaining and succeeding in competitive, integrated employment opportunities.
