Increasing Support Skills and Well-being for Direct Support Workers Employed through Self-Directed Programs

Description

Train workers who provide direct care to individuals who use self-directed supports. This training increases the knowledge and skills of direct support workers, leading to a more robust, resilient workforce and better supports for people who use self-directed programs. Learning approaches, content, and activities are designed according to Universal Design for Learning and Adult Learner practices.
