Gathers information on youth with disabilities who are no longer in secondary school and had an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) in place at the time of leaving school. The survey will assess the extent to which these students are enrolled in post-secondary education within one year of leaving school, are competitively employed, or are employed in some other training program. The data gathered through this survey is used to respond to federal reporting requirements and to target resources to support students as they transition out of secondary school.
