RTC-OM Case Studies: Case Study 1: Implementing a Measurement Program: National Core Indicators — In-Person Survey (NCI-IPS)

Description

The National Core Indicators® (NCI®) is a collaboration between the National Association of State Developmental Disabilities Directors (NASDDDS), Human Services Research Institute (HSRI), and participating states. The National Core Indicators-In-Person Survey (NCI-IPS) is an annual survey of a sample of adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) who receive long-term services and supports under the auspices of their state’s developmental disabilities agency.  Participating states use NCI-IPS results to guide policy and assess outcomes of adults with IDD at a state level. This report details the results of the case study conducted by the RTC-OM on the NCI-IPS measurement program using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research model.
