The Institute's monthly staff newsletter features news of recent activities, accomplishments, and resources. This month's first feature story concerns a new training module, part of a series of free tools from ICI and the Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain aimed at helping professionals diagnose autism and tailor supports to the unique needs of each child. The second story is about Janet Stewart, who recently retired as editor of ICI's award-winning magazine, Impact. The third story is about another retirement—this time, of Eileen Klemm, who directed ICI's Check & Connect school engagement program for years. This month's Update is Fanny Fernandez, who uses her skills as a facilitator of healing and drumming circles, an ancestral healing practitioner, and her MNLEND background to help families seeking supports and resources.
