Developing Inclusive Systems to Benefit All StudentsService: The National Center for Educational Outcomes (NCEO) prepares and disseminates formal research reports and documents on research findings about policies and practices that ensure all students benefit from State and local assessment and accountability efforts. Building on its research base, NCEO works with States and districts to enhance capacity of States and districts to develop inclusive systems that include all students, including students with disabilities, in the benefits of school reform. Provider: Staff of the National Center on Educational Outcomes Audience: NCEO provides support nationally, primarily to states and other organizations that support school reform efforts. They work with existing networks of technical assistance providers such as the Regional Resource Centers and Parent Centers to provide top quality materials and resources with them and through them. NCEO regularly participates in and presents at national and regional conferences, and through their Web site their publications and training materials are available to anyone. Past Clients: Over the past five years, NCEO has provided consultation on inclusive assessment and accountability systems to every State and territory through direct and indirect support and training methods. They have a publications list of over 230 original works, have been published in numerous journals, and have been featured in articles in Education Daily, Education Week, and major newspapers, as well as on television broadcasts.
