Description

This brief delineates the importance of carefully using information regarding HCBS outcome measures when choosing a measure for use and provides the rationale and development history of the RTC-OM’s databases containing information on HCBS instruments and state HCBS assessment tools. In addition, the brief provides an overview of the structure and detailed instructions for navigating and using the databases. Recommendations focus on carefully reviewing a measure before selecting it for use.
